There are some things I can’t travel without — if you’re starting to do some more traveling, you might want to check out some of these:
A Travel-Friendly Phone Plan: Google Fi has been an absolute lifesaver for me. There are some months when I use data a lot more than other months. I discovered Google Fi because I was looking for a travel-friendly phone plan that allowed me to pay for the data I actually use. When I don’t use all the data that month, I get my money back. Some months I use Google Maps more, other months I don’t. Google Fi has worked great for my travels. Also I can text people from anywhere in the world at no additional cost.
If you’re looking for a phone plan that works with a nomadic lifestyle, check out Google Fi. Here’s my referral link. You can get $20 of Google Fi credit with that.
Aeropress Coffee Maker: There are some things we just can’t travel — or live — without. That’s coffee. I’ve been in situations where a cappuccino at the local cafe just isn’t available. Sometimes you can’t find any “cafe con leches” when you really need one. After meeting tons of travelers on the road who bought this, I decided to finally bite the bullet and do it. I have no regrets. This coffee maker has changed my life. I can make myself a damn good cup of coffee and don’t have to worry about scooping out the obnoxious coffee grounds, like a french press. And it’s light and made of plastic, so I don’t have to worry about breaking it when I’m hopping from place to place. Check it out here:AeroPress Coffee and Espresso Maker
Yoga Mat: Traveling isn’t easy on the body. You’re out of your normal rhythm. You’re eating weird things. You’re sitting for extended periods of time, your normal exercise plan goes out of whack. That’s why it’s important to have something consistent. Even just 15 minutes of stretching or a quick HIIT workout can start your day off better. I always wanted to travel with a yoga mat, but it’s a pain to carry around. My friend introduced YOGO mat to me. It’s super light and easy to carry around. By far the best travel yoga mat I’ve seen. I’m so excited to use it on my next trip. It’s also easy to wash and dry and it’s made of plant-based rubber. It’s a bit cheaper on Amazon than the website, so check it out here:YOGO Ultralight Travel Yoga Mat
